I heard a lot of stories about Knicks fans, it talked they are the most sensitive fans in the world. If you played well, fans would cheered up no matter you are home or guest team players. If you played like a shit, they would boo you making you feel like in the hell.
New York Knicks is the most valuable team in NBA, and Madison Square Garden is the most valuable arena in the world. It located nearby Penn Station, Manhattan. I was curious why Madison Square Garden is so high, when I saw it in picture and TV every time. I found the answer when I visited it. The first floor is the entrance to the Penn Station and the security check to the Madison Square Garden. The middle floors are the theaters. The top floor of the building is the arena. Obviously, Madison Square Garden is the most expensive arena in the world too, because we cost 7 USD for a cup of coke. We were idiots.
Our seats were on the upper deck, there was only a small walkway near our seats. In the halftime and the end of every quarters, fans pack into the narrow walkway buying foods or lining up for restrooms.
Madison Square Garden is the palace of singers, boxers, and athletics. Michael Jordan said every time he would play harder in here than in other arena, so did Kobe Bryant and LeBron James. We saw the introductions of every historical games of events in MSG on the walkway of under deck. It's awesome.
Knicks didn't have any videos at pregame introduction, but they had a luxury pregame dance. It's weird to me. I'm old school fans so I like pregame videos before the introduction.
This game wasn't exciting, Kristaps Porzingis out for entire season, Knicks had a really rough game.
